Insurance

At this time, we are able bill insurance for patients with Regence (BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon), PacificSource Health Plans, Trillium, Moda, Kaiser, and Providence Health Plan. We are also able to accept private pay clients at this time.

We are out of network with the following plans: Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare. Our ability to see patients with these plans may depend on out of network benefits.

We do not accept Open Card OHP as secondary coverage at this time due to historical experiences of not being paid for our services. We do accept Trillium Community Solutions as secondary insurance.
